Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.
But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

Low in sulphur, so eat them, or refrigerate.

These apricots are the best! I love slabs; halves, dried to perfection, yet sticky, and so sweet! No hard, light colored, sour pieces that I have to throw out. All are delicious and sweet!! Fabulous! Thank you!
