Hollister, California grows the best Blenheim apricots in the world. No bragging....just fact! We take our sun-dried Blenheim apricots, add pectin, lemon, and enough sugar to make the pectin set (about 10 - 12%) making the best apricot jam you've ever tasted.

Just like your Grandma used to make....only better!
