"Your business may be so big that you won't
recall the Hubbeling family in Austin Texas, but
probably you do, as we have been customers for
many years. In particular our daughter Harper
has been a devoted fan of your apricots, to the
point where it's a well known attribute to both
family and friends.
Around the time of her high school graduation, I
was given an opportunity to speak publicly about
Harper and her accomplishments to that point in
life. One of the points I made was that if one
believed in the saying that "you are what you
eat", and were simultaneously aware of the fact
that Harper eats prodigious amounts of apricots,
as well as admired her accomplishments, perhaps
the conclusion was that we should all eat more
apricots. Lots more apricots. That got a
good-natured laugh from the audience.
Well, 6 years have passed. Harper has recently
been accepted to 3 Ivy League medical schools.
She'll start in the fall.
And as you can see from today's order, whatever
she's doing is still being powered by lots and
lots of apricots. The best in the world, we

Everything arrived this evening and in wondrous shape - and oh my -
the apricots are fantastic! I happen to have very low
potassium and very high, extremely high, B-12. So, I have to
correct both. Dried apricots, lima beans, and potatoes with
skins are the highest potassium producers with no B-12. I'd
rather eat a great dried apricot than most anything I can think of.
