About ApricotKing

Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!

In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts.  Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Enjoy!

Patti and Gary Gonzales, Hollister, CA

16 oz Apricot Jam (Low Sugar)

Back again:  our largest jar of low-sugar jam.

Our 16 ounce jar of beautiful Blenheim

apricot jam made from our dried apricots.

Most jams call for 50% sugar, but our cots are sweet enough that we only add a little sugar to make the pectin set (less than 10%).

Tastes like you're sitting under a tree eating killer-good fresh apricots.

Excellent and really the pure taste of apricots.

We can't brag enough about it!

  2. Simply the best

No other apricot jam compares to the Apricot Jam from ApricotKing. The larger jar is the one to buy. Once you taste the jam inside, you'll agree.

  3. Delish!

Posted by sfjoann on Mar 18th 2019

Can't rave enough about this jam! Thick and tasty! And low in sugar to satisfy pesky dietary limits. Beyond compare to store-bought brands. ApricotKing has hit a home run with this delicious recipe!

  4. Just like my wife's

Posted by Unknown on Jan 21st 2019

We don't get apricots but about every five years in Amarillo due to late freezes. These are there every year and not packed with a lot of sugar to hide the fact the apricots were picked a little green like store bought jam.

  5. California sunshine in New Jersey!

Posted by Sophie on Dec 9th 2018

Tasted the apricot jam at the Farmers Market in Mountain View, CA during a visit from New Jersey. Natural sweetness with just a little sugar. Sharing this little bit of "California sunshine" with our friends and family for the holidays. Superior product and will definitely be ordering more.

Posted by Eleanor Hamilton on Feb 24th 2018

This jam tastes like the most superior apricots ever grown. The flavor is exceptional! I purchased a jar at a farmers market in Santa Cruz and my husband and I loved it so much we ordered several jars online. (We live in Seattle) We give it as hostess gifts to our friends and will remain loyal customers.
