Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Apricot Pastels
Pastels : Diced Blenheim apricots enrobed in creamy milk chocolate and silky apricot pastel coating.
Think of an M&M, but with our diced apricots rolled into a ball inside.
Not too thick, not too sweet. A bite-sized unique taste treat!

Nice, but minimal flavor

Although I liked these for the texture and the taste, they were a bit on the bland side as far as the apricot flavor which I would have liked to be stronger.

These are a real special treat! I ordered some last year and found the flavor to be unlike anything I had tried before. Then I couldn’t stop eating them.
This year I bought 5 containers to enjoy during quarantine.

They were a little too sweet for my wife, but I loved them. The combination of crunchy and chewy along with two different kinds of sweetness is fantastic.
