Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Apricot Pepper Jam
For those who like it spicy and sweet, we came up with a jam to go on bagels, over cream cheese, or baked on chicken or pork.
It's our delicious jam recipe with dried red chili peppers & crushed jalapenos.
Zero sugar added. (I've made a pig of myself at parties with my apricot pepper jam).
The CotKing adds it to barbeque sauce and slathers it on chicken.
Very popular as a dip or on crackers or toast.
It's a warm, not "I am on fire" ....a very subtle heat. 9oz.

Hollister is know for its apricots or at least it was when I was a kid cutting cots in the shed. This product is perfect; great apricot taste with a little spice, not too much. Delicious with cheese, pork, peanut butter or anything else you can think of. Highly recommend.

It sounded delicious so I thought I'd use it as a glaze or on toast, but I'm glad my husband enjoyed it. I think he's just eating it straight from the jar :)

This pepper jam is subtle. And suitable for most that like just a hint of spicy heat. What I would love to see is also a higher level of pepper heat, up to medium hot.

There is no sugar or salt in the recipe for Apricot Pepper Jam, so I often have it for dessert with no guilt feelings afterward. I've also spread it on baked chicken. There is a slight "kick" to it, but it is not overwhelming.
Makes a great small gift. Everyone I've given it to is grateful.

Excellent jam we use it for roasted chicken. It is wonderful. Makes a whole new taste. We love it. I ordered 2 just in case, don't want to run out. It can also be used for a topping for Cream Cheese as a snack. Thank you Apricot king you are the best.

I had never had apricot pepper jam. Never even heard of it, in fact. But I took a flyer and now I am hooked. It is really smooth, very tasty and adds a beautiful bite to what I think is the best apricot jam in the Milky Way galaxy.
