This jam is made from our dried apricots, and it is superb.
ApricotKing's jam will spoil you from ever buying any store bought jam (which usually contains 35% sugar).
We add a little pectin and just enough sugar (less than 10%) to set the pectin.

Wonderful Apricot Jam
I have shared this jam with family and friends. It is loved by all. My mom is 92 and said it is the best tasting apricot jam she has ever had. This is the only jam I will eat. I love it!
