This jam is made from our dried apricots, and it is superb.
ApricotKing's jam will spoil you from ever buying any store bought jam (which usually contains 35% sugar).
We add a little pectin and just enough sugar (less than 10%) to set the pectin.

Love this jam!!
The flavor of this jam is fantastic! There are a couple of reasons I really love it. One is that it IS low sugar but, has that super apricot goodness. Because it is low sugar using with chicken and pork is a great option.

It is really just like eating a fresh picked apricot. The taste is so redolent with apricot. It is a rare treat when I add them to my nut order. I am so grateful AK has this to offer.

Apricot Jam is superb!
The quarantine has given me lots of time to bake, and the apricot jam is divine. My fave: use it between layers of chocolate cake. It's sweet and tart, and a great alternative to the usual kinds of filling. Plus, I have it on my toast EVERY morning! Wonderful!
