About ApricotKing

Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!

In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts.  Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Enjoy!

Patti and Gary Gonzales, Hollister, CA

Blenheim Apricot Jam (Low Sugar) 9 oz

Hollister is one of the few places that still grows the best Blenheim apricots in the world.

This jam is made from our dried apricots, and it is superb.

Apricotking's jam will spoil you from ever buying any store bought jam (which usually contains 35% sugar).

We add a little pectin and just enough sugar (less than 10%) to set the pectin.

Just like your Grandma used to make....only better!

9 oz.

  1. No apricot jam is better.

Not to sweet or tart. Absolutely the best apricot jam I’ve had in my 78 years of life.

  3. Best jam ever

Apricot jam is my favorite, and nothing compares to your jam.

  4. Pure apricot heaven

Posted by Sandra on Mar 29th 2020

This jam is incredibly good without the overly sweet taste. I am not a jam/jelly fan, actually got it for my husband who loves it slathered on waffles or toast. I made more waffles just to slather a bit on mine! I love this jam for the full fruit flavor, most too sweet and why I don't usually partake but..this Apricot King jam just changed all that for me! Apricot jam fan!!!

  5. So good!

Better than store bought, like home made!

  6. Saving For A Special Day

We are saving for Easter Sunday; and enjoy admiring the color of the jam.

  7. Love this jam!

Posted by Mary Ann on Mar 21st 2020

I admit I only really like apricot jam but the stuff sold at most grocery stores is soooo sweet and doesn't have a good apricot flavor. The Apricot King jam is perfect - just sweet enough, and with a tangy apricot flavor, nice texture. Love, Love, Love it!

  8. Super delicious product

Posted by Susan Pavey on Mar 14th 2020

I have eaten these apricots since I was a little girl growing up in the Santa Clara Valley. They are the best in the world for sure!!!!

  9. Fresh !

Texture, flavor, taste like real apricots.

  10. This is apricot fruit preserve, not jam

Posted by Apricot Jam fan on Dec 11th 2019

This product is California sunshine in a bottle.
The perfectly balanced, fresh, sweet-tartness of tree-ripened apricots burst through with each bite.
Not at all overly-sweet like all the other jams I have tasted, with just a little fruit and lots of sugar.
All you get here is mostly apricots at the peak of their sweetness, with just a touch of sugar to help the pectin set right.
It's just too bad that you get to the end of the glass jar all too quickly...
