Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Not every Blenheim can grow up to be a SLIPPIT.
Very few Blenheims grow this large & flawless.
ApricotKing selects the fullest & ripest cot to be SLIPPITS
The entire apricot is dried in the sun.
This gives slippies a deeper flavor ..... like in the old days when people canned and put a pit in the jar for flavor.
That's a real thing, the pit itself has a flavor.
The pits are slipped out (by hand -each-and-every-single-one),
washed, re-dried, & there you have it............... 10 lbs bulk

I started ordering slippit apricots from Apricot King many years ago. To me they are the best in the world, To me Mediterranean apricots are not apricots, that's how I started to order from Apricot King, I wanted a true apricot and I found it. All their apricot are great but the slippits are the king. I order them by the pounds, enough to last a year until the next years crop comes in.

These are our very favorite...delicious! Once you indulge your cravings for the best apricots...slippies are what you need to order. A handful of Apricot Kings Walnuts and Slippies are a great on the run breakfast.

The slip pits are beyond description due to the inadequate power of mans linguistic skills. They must be experienced to appreciate their full delight. As Franklin said when marveling over beer, slippits are also proof God loves us.

These Apricot King slip pits whole apricots are so good I am reluctant to recommend
them - so I can be sure they are always available!! But, honsety compels me to urge everyone to try these delicous gifts from the orchard. You won't be disappointed. Truly a one of kind delight.

I wait for this wonderfully flavored apricots. I can’t keep my adults kids from grabbing a bag to take home with them.
