About ApricotKing

Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!

In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts.  Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Enjoy!

Pure Apricot Syrup 15 oz.

Excellent apricot syrup made with very little sugar as our Blenheim apricots are sweet to begin with...

so we don't need to add much sugar to make the pectin set.

We added less than 10% sugar to make our syrup pour-able and perfect.

Our apricot syrup is great for ice cream, waffles, pancakes, or on ham or chicken.

Tastes like you're sitting under an apricot tree in the fresh season!     15 oz. bottles

My husband is really enjoying it Each time we have pancakes or waffles. Doesn’t use any other type of syrup

    It just doesn’t get better

  3. Killer is right!

Posted by Alan Silva on May 5th 2020

They call this "killer" apricot syrup and that's a name this perfectly made syrup lives up to. It's not overly sweet and that gives it a perfect, full-bodied apricot taste. You feel like you are eating fresh apricots every time you pour it on pancakes, waffles, ice cream, and much more.

  4. Sweet and tangy! Great for pancakes + waffles

Posted by Whitney on Apr 15th 2020

We loved this syrup and put it on top of pancakes and waffles, adding a sweet but tangy flavor! So delicious and high quality.

  5. Delicious!

I love to put this syrup on my pancakes - it is so naturally yummy! I could eat it by the spoonful.

  6. Simply the best dried apricots.

Ruth Reichl was right. These are superb. The Turkish apricots can’t compare.

  7. Pure Bliss

I use a couple of Tablespoons on my Greek yogurt in the morning. OMG!! Delicious. Can’t wait to have pancakes or waffles soon

  8. Great Gift

Posted by Ted H on Dec 18th 2019

I packaged the apricot syrup, with along with maple syrup and pancake mix , as Christmas gifts for my clients. All have raved about the apricot syrup, and how it is so different than traditional maple syrup for pancakes. I also suggested using the apricot syrup on top of vanilla ice cream, as a after dinner treat.

  9. Killer Apricot Sauce

    Amazing Taste!

  10. Yummy Syrup

Posted by Janet Nock on Nov 2nd 2019

Really love this syrup. It's touted as being low in added sugar, which is great, but I'd like the nutritional info so I could see exactly how much. Unfortunately, there is no nutritional info on the package. Also, my husband has a partially obstructed small intestine and that prevents him from eating any skin on fruit. I called Apricotking to inquire whether there is skin in the syrup. Didn't get a human on the line, so left a message explaining the reason for the call and a phone number to call me back. Never heard a word. Would love to hear from your company regarding this issue.
