Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Raw California Almonds
New Crop 2024 Harvest.
They're just great almonds.....
This year's crop of almonds was less abundant than in previous years, but very smooth and fresh.
All California almonds by law are pasturized......so don't ask for them unpasteurized......
Our almonds go through a quick steam pasteurization and are crunchy and sweet-tasty.
They are considered raw. Not roasted, toasted, flavored, candied, or salted. Keep refrigerated.

Almonds are my true love. Yes I am thee almond Queen.! I love their shape, like little hearts, with each delicious one I enjoy I am filling myself with love. Each one has its own unique taste & these are world class quality. Almonds are the most nutritious of all nuts. Highest in Calcium & vitamin E & Fiber. These nuts can be sprouted by soaking in filtered water for 8 hours. This will triple the nutrition making them easier to digest & easier to chew. It's best to do a day at a time serving. Almonds are a good source of vegital protein & sprouting increases this as well. Thank you for sharing these beautiful almonds with us!

I discovered your nuts at the Santa Cruz farmers market. The sweetness of the almonds was a surprise to me. I grew up on the north east eating almonds that weren’t really fresh. The difference is like day & night. I’m a convert!
