Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. Raw California Almonds
New Crop 2024 Harvest.
They're just great almonds.....
This year's crop of almonds was less abundant than in previous years, but very smooth and fresh.
All California almonds by law are pasturized......so don't ask for them unpasteurized......
Our almonds go through a quick steam pasteurization and are crunchy and sweet-tasty.
They are considered raw. Not roasted, toasted, flavored, candied, or salted. Keep refrigerated.

Fresh nuttiness

All the great quality you'd expect from ApricotKing. Healthy snacking is our attempt and these fit the bill. Want to try the roasted, salted soon but afraid they'd be consumed in a flash. The raw almonds are good for you and so good to enjoy a handful in between meals, doctor recommended those kinds of replacements for cookies, chips and crunch factor..it's working!

I freeze the raw almonds when they arrive and then toast a couple of handsful for 20 minutes in the oven (325 degrees) when I'm ready to snack on them. After toasting them, I keep them in a sealed container in the fridge and they stay crunchy and delicious for several weeks. Super tasty and much healthier than canned almond snacks.

I grew up in California and our neighbor had an almond tree along our fence line. These almonds are the closest flavor I've found to fresh off the tree. I believe California mandates pasteurization of all almonds before selling. ApricotKing must be doing it right because these nuts retain that fresh, raw flavor. The two pound bag is the best bargain!

East coast store bought almonds, what can I say--usually somehow soft and flavorless. Here is the opposite--crisp, like a fresh apple, but dry with a subtle but wonderful flavor. Real value because the quality is there.
