About ApricotKing
Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

2024 crop
Classic slabs are overripe, sticky, and full of the sweetest flavor.
These are machine cut, delicate, thin slabs....very sweet and very tender.
Always in top demand, you'll notice the unique color & deep taste of slabs.
Our crop produced several tons of slabs.....it was very hot several days during harvest....
so the yield on overripe fruit was excellent.
The Blenheim slabs are the ultimate #1 choice of apricot aficionados everywhere!

These are the best apricots on the planet. Soft and oh so sweet, melt in your mouth goodness, and bulk packaging - what’s not to like? I’m so happy I found the Apricot King - and Queen! 10 stars would not be too many.

The best dried apricots. I especially love the slabs--they're sweet and full of delicious apricot flavor. They're amazing on their own (I put a small bag of them in my jersey pocket for long bicycle rides), and they're delicious diced and tossed in homemade granola or trail mix, or chocolate chip oatmeal spice cookies. . . They make wonderful gifts for others, but usually I gift them to myself!

Slab Apricots are fantastic. These apricots are sweet and very very good. Eating 2-3 ounces every week is never enough. Several apricots a day keeps me happy healthy and wise! Thanks for growing such good fruit and drying it so well.

We love these slabs. Love them! So flavorful and sweet, good to bake with, and snack on. My mother grew up on an apricot ranch in San Jose, which is sadly long gone. These cots are like the old fashioned slabs we used to get as kids. We also get fresh Blenheims from ApricotKing for jam. Thank you Apricot King for your amazing products.
