Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! "Which apricots are the sweetest?"
The answer to the question:
SLABS...ALWAYS SLABS....
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.
Blenheim slabs are the ultimate #1 choice of apricot aficionados everywhere!
Low in sulphur, so eat them, or refrigerate.

These apricots are the best! I also ordered some walnuts which are so sweet and fresh tasting. I've invented a new snack.
Wrap a walnut half in an apricot half. So yummy! you get all that great heart healthy potassium from the apricot and the Omega 3 Hearty healthy oil from the walnuts!

They arrived in great packaging, and are as delicious as I remember them! I first purchased them at a farmer's market when on a trip to California last year! So yummy!

I was spoiled when living out of US and very disappointed when I returned to only find the tasteless (turkish?) apricots sold in the East Coast. Then I found you and have only ordered and eaten your apricots.

I have been purchasing their slabs for years, they are worth the extra expense. Incredibly fresh and subtle with so much flavor. They are easy to store and keep their luscious apricot flavor.
