Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Just 36 Days till Christmas
Yikes.......just 36 days til Christmas.We have gifts and packaging all ready to go.Check out our new inventions page. Holiday Gifts range from $50-$100
Jumbos are back.
Apricots as a rule do not grow large (like peaches).Very few of our 200 pounds harvested could be labeled JUMBO apricots.They're available on line now.But we'll be sold out by November (Less than 200 lbs)Limit 5 per order.
September Stock Up Sale
Once a year.....we do a stock up sale.Always in September...when our new crop is in and plentiful.Save $10 on all orders over $100.
Bulk is Back
The 2021 crop was tremendous.One 37 acre orchard of Blenheims yielded 20 tons last year.This year......the same orchard....same 7000 trees....produced 250 tons offabulous Blenheim apricots. We've been hard at work with all this tonage dried.Most bulk products are now available.
Delay on the Unsulphured
They are taking forever to dry in the sun,.We have been bombarded with huge orders for these apricots.....we have plenty...just going to take us a while to wash, dry, clean,pack and label these beauties.
Unsulphured cots are ready.
The wait is over.The unsulphured cots are back in stock.We've been out of these since May.We made it a priority to make the darkest, sweetest unsulphured apricots ever.They are spectacular.
Nearly finished
We've still got Unsulphured cots to scrape.....and then the very difficulty, paper-thin slabs to scrape. Slippits are next, but those are easy......We'll wash and dry everything in the sun.....,.then on to cleaning, packing, and putting back on line.
Scraping away!
The fruit has dried on the trays and now we have to scrape it off.It's not easy work......takes a strong man to scrape 7000 trays clean.We have 4 young high schoolers who are amazing us with their strength and consistency. It's a rare thing to find.(School starts on the 14th) aaagggghhhh
2021 crop
The 2021 crop is coming off the trays and almost ready to go.Working long hours to clean those 7000 trays.Packing a little bit each day for orders and markets.No bulk available yet.
